What elements make a good Facebook post?

What elements make a good Facebook post?
Believe it or not, there is a strategy when putting together posts for your Facebook page. You need to think about things such as:
  • What is going to create the most engagement?
  • What do your customers want to learn about?
  •  Does your brand have a personality?
  •  Some things to keep in mind when putting together a plan – yes a PLAN – would be:-

this one is a proper post with text and image.

1.Mix it up:
Try to Post a variety of different types of content. Videos, photos, articles, quotes, jokes, text updates.

2. Don’t post at the same time everyday:
If you post at 3:00 in the afternoon that is convenient for you to sit down and post to your page but it doesn’t mean your customer is sitting in front of their computer at that time! As per as I know my page gets the most interaction between 9:00-10:00 at night based on my insights – make sure to check what time works best for your demographic.

3.Keep it short:
People don’t want to see long paragraphs on their smart phones.
80 characters or less is what will achieve the most ‘reach’ on Facebook. Keep in mind your mobile users!
4.Be creative:
Don’t forget that your brand has a personality! The posts that do the best, in my experience, are the ones that include some personal information. Try to posts that sound more like a friend, not a brand, get the most engagement. Enjoy a sense of humor – see if you get more interaction!
Remember the last one, Post regularly new material with interesting content.

Pinterest Marketing

  Pinterest Marketing

Recently Pinterest  is  a powerful social network because it can be used in two ways: as a bookmarking site or as a marketing tool.  Here we are discussing advertising benefits of Pinterest for your business

Pinterest is a great fun place where you can find millions of thumbnails of millions of websites and blogs from all over the world. It all depends on what has been Pinned and if it is tagged under the Category you are searching.

Note 1: You can sign up with email or Facebook.
Note 2: For Profile- create Bio
Different with Face book:
Facebook                                         Pinterest
Album                                               Board
Post photo                                       Pin
Like                                                    love (             )
Share                                                 Repin
Comment                                         Comment
Ø A wonderful way to make sure that your site is tagged under the category you are marketing is by introducing that category to all of your followers.
You can do these two ways.
v One way is by creating a board about that category and repinning other users’ pins under your board.
v The second way to direct your followers to this board is by inviting them to have access to it.  More and more users are figuring out how to do this second option.
Here’s a quick rundown:
1) Select the board you want to invite other followers to join
2) Edit Board
3) Enter the name of the user you would like to invite

4) Invite
 5) The user will receive an email notifying them about the invitation and they can choose to Accept or Decline.
Remember:  Invite as many of your followers who you assume would have an interest in your board.
This is just one of the many ways we will show you how to use Pinterest to your marketing benefit.
Few tips for Pinterest Marketing:
·        Learn from your followers
·        Followers- follow
·        Tell stories
·        Use group Board
·        Key word research
·        Hash tag - Marketing
